Tawanda Nyambirai — non-executive director Tawanda Nyambirai holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a certificate in International Conflict Resolution Studies from the University of Uppsala Sweden and is a registered legal practitioner, having practised as a partner of Kantor and Immerman Legal Practitioners until March 1998. He is also a registered Estate Administrator.
Nyambirai is a Partner of Mtetwa and Nyambirai Legal Practitioners, a prominent human rights law firm in Zimbabwe. He is the chairman of Econet Wireless Holdings Zimbabwe. He founded TN Financial Holdings Ltd, a financial services group that reversed into Tedco Ltd, the leading furniture manufacturer and retailer in Zimbabwe. The group has been renamed Lifestyle Holdings Ltd after demerging TN Bank Ltd in 2012. During his leadership, the combined group won several awards on quality and customer care locally and internationally.
Anthony Eastwood — Independent chairman Anthony Eastwood was born in Bulawayo in 1940 and attended school in Bulawayo and Cape Town. He is a holder of BA, LLB and LLM degrees. After a brief stint lecturing law at the University of Natal,he practiced law as an Advocate in Harare between 1966 and 1970. Eastwood left the bar and was admitted into the partnership of Scanlan and Holderness in 1970 until 1976.
He was counsel to Parliament between 1981 and 1983 and had been a partner at Kantor and Immerman from 1983 until 2003 when his role in the firm was changed to that of a consultant.Eastwood also served as a member of the Electoral Supervisory Commission between 1989 and 1996. He has handled many high profile cases that have contributed significantly to Zimbabwe’s Legal System.
Rugare Chidembo — Independent non executive director Rugare Chidembo qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and Touche in 1985 after serving articles from 1983 to 1985 in Harare. He has accumulated vast Corporate Financial and general management experience at executive director level. Chidembo is also a board member in a number of entities that includes amongst others Meikles Limited. He has worked in various capacities which include, chief operating officer for Econet Wireless International, Johannesburg, managing director of Econet Wireless (Pvt) Ltd, and finance director for Econet Wireless (Pvt) Ltd. He was also deputy regional financial director and later, divisional director for Lonrho Africa and Zimbabwe, and Chief Accountant First Merchant Bank. Chidembo holds an MBA (Merit) from the University of Zimbabwe and B Acc (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe.

Christopher Maswi — Independent non executive director Christopher Maswi is the founder and managing director of Fairvalue Management Consultancy (Private) Limited, a financial management consultancy company, which was set up in 2005 and has provided services to a number of Blue chip clients in Zimbabwe. Joyce Mudavanhu — non-executive director Joyce Mudavanhu holds a Bachelor of Banking degree from the University of South Africa and is an associate member of the Institute of Bankers of South Africa. She worked for NMB Bank as a back office clerk in 1999 before she was promoted to the corporate finance department in 2000 where she was responsible for the financial lease portfolio and was involved in the setting up of an active stock market trading desk that managed both proprietary and client stock market investments. In 2001 Mudavanhu joined TN Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd and was one of the first employees of TN Financial Services, with responsibilities over special projects, Mudavanhu has been involved in every significant transaction undertaken by the TN Financial Holdings Group since its formation, including the setting up of TN Asset Management (Pvt) Ltd in 2001 and TN Medical Benefit Funds Zimbabwe in 2006. Guy Pearce — Independent non-executive director Guy Pearce Holds an MBA, General Management from the Heriot University and a Bachelor of Commerce, Economics, Quantitative Management from the University of South Africa, and a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. Dr Makaziwe Mandela — Independent non-executive director Makaziwe Mandela holds a Ph.d in Anthropology as well as a Masters in sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst Massachusetts USA, an Honors Degree in Sociology from the University of Natal, Durban South Africa and Bachelor of Arts in Social Work Degree From the University of Fort Hare, South Africa. From 1992 to 1993 at African Academy of Sciences, Kenya Nairobi Mandela headed a collaborative programme between African Academy and the Donors to African Education Task Force on Female Participation in Education in Africa. Mandela then joined University of the Witwatersrand as Affirmative Action/Equal opportunities. In 1997 she became general manager human resources at Spoornet, before joining the Development Bank of Southern Africa from 1998 to 2002 as executive manager corporate services. Mandela is a consultant on training and development, Life skills and HIV and Aids with Self Empowerment International and an executive director of Nagul Investment Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.
