South African Absa Premier Soccer league club Bloemfontein Celtic are plotting a January move for Dynamos striker Simba Sithole.

Sithole’s goal-scoring prowess has also caught the attention of relegation-threatened AmaZulu, who are reportedly monitoring him and eager to sign him during the January mid-season transfer window.
The former CAPS United forward who returned home in August after being dumped by Mamelodi Sundowns has scored three goals in Dynamos’ last three league matches. Celtic manager John Maduka was quoted in South African media expressing his side’s interest in the forward. “We need a striker like Simba [Sithole]. We know he is doing very well in Zimbabwe now and we have to see what we can do in January to bring him here.” said Maduka.
Sithole’s handler, Gibson Mahachi, also confirmed Celtic’s interest but said the club was yet to make a formal bid for the player.
