THE formidable duet of differently-abled Tichaona Terrence Green aka Terry G and Chipo Muchegwa which rocked the airwaves with the highly-trending Ndezvemoyo video, which has clocked over a million views, has done it again with another sizzling hot music single and video called Makafanana.
Terry G, who personifies an apologetic husband shows remorse for a cheating incident while refusing to lose his wife to pleasure that was a consequence of peer pressure and reckless spending. Muchegwa is the sobbing woman who seems to have listened to several similar sentiments from her female collegues.
“Makanaka is our second collaboration and we hope it will be well received as our first attempt, Ndezvemoyo.
“The man is simply apologetic to his beloved wife and wishes she forgives and forgets,” Terry G told NewsDay Life & Style.
Muchegwa stuck to her belief and had no kind words for her cheating partner (in the act) and said Makafanana in deep laughter.
Golden Tembo, who manages social media for Terry and Chipo confirmed that views were escalating at an alarming rate and it would be difficult for him to give an estimate. The Makafanana video started trending on Facebook two days ahead of its official hosting on YouTube on December 23, and by the time of handing over this story to the Press, views were close to 30 000.
Meanwhile Terry G and Muchegwa said the year 2022 was a satisfactorily fair experience considering that they had received several invitations to perform as guests.
“We feel that people must remain peaceful and make use of music to enhance good moods. We believe faithful love is the foundation to all happy families,” Terry noted.
