SCOTTLAND FC's second assistant coach, William Nyasulu, is set to graduate with a CAF C license coaching badge in Tanzania.

Nyasulu, who was part of the batch of coaches to undergo the first part of the programme last year, returned to Tanzania two weeks ago to complete the remaining module.

After completing his second training session on Friday, Nyasulu will complete his coaching badges in April when he travels back to Tanzania for a week-long refresher course.

The CAF C license coaching badge is a prestigious qualification that equips coaches with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage and develop players.

The program covers various aspects of coaching, including tactics, techniques, and player development.

"I have always wanted to pursue high-level coaching courses, and this is just the beginning of my journey," Nyasulu told The Sports Hub.

"I am grateful to my supportive Mabviravira family and our visionary leader, founder, and club president Scott Sakupwanya."

Nyasulu emphasised his commitment to professional development and improving his coaching skills.

"As a second assistant coach, I have a crucial role to play in the team's technical department, and this qualification will undoubtedly enhance my contributions to the team."

Scottland FC, which gained promotion to the top-flight league last season, has been active in the transfer market, assembling a star-studded lineup featuring the country's top players.

The team secured the services of reigning Soccer Star of the Year Walter Musona and his two runners-up, Lynoth Chikuhwa and Khama Billiat, among other notable signings.
