Local company in Dubai real estate investment promotion

Tge company's group CEO Peace Pundu said they were happy to unlock value for locals through ensuring smooth investment in Dubai.

Local company Golden Knot Holdings recently brought Dubai property and real estate experts to Harare for the Invest in Dubai Business Forum, providing seamless communication and facilitation of real estate investments in Dubai.

Tge company's group CEO Peace Pundu said they were happy to unlock value for locals through ensuring smooth investment in Dubai.

“Our mission is to unlock opportunities for locals, ensuring a smooth investment journey in the dynamic Dubai market,” she said.

“There is a whole world of opportunities out there and we want local investors to explore opportunities beyond our borders so that they create for their families and indeed for the country.

The two-day forum held in Harare recently brought cheer to local business minds, investors, and property enthusiasts eager to secure real estate opportunities in Dubai.

Hosted by Golden Knot Holdings in partnership with Dubai property giants Damak Properties and AX Premium Properties, the forum offered essential insights on how locals can invest in Dubai real estate to expand their business empires.

Speaking to the enthusiastic delegates, Pundu said the Dubai real estate industry presents amazing opportunities that can help promote local entrepreneurs.

“The Dubai real estate industry presents lucrative investment opportunities that can significantly support local business growth,” Pundu said.

“Having lived and worked in Dubai, I can proudly say that our local investments have immensely benefited from capitalizing on real estate ventures there.

“We are poised to leverage our presence and partnerships in Dubai to facilitate similar opportunities for our locals.

"'Things are happening out there with us or without us.

“Dubai is a bustling place, and like Harare, the people there don’t sleep.

“High-rise buildings are erected in a matter of months, contributing to their rapid growth and evolution.”

Pundu urged attendees to tap into Dubai's evolving market, noting that there is no better time to do so than now.

“It’s a city ripe for investment. There is no discrimination in Dubai; 90% of its residents are expatriates, making it a home for all,” she said.

“As a Golden Visa holder, I have seen firsthand how real estate investments appreciate rapidly, unlocking additional funding opportunities for businesses.

“The opportunities are endless, and I hope we seize them to promote our ongoing ventures back home.

“There is beauty in seizing opportunities as they arise and we are happy to be your professional link towards your investment goals.”

Damak Properties representative Habeeb Khan expressed satisfaction in partnering with Golden Knot Holdings.

“Zimbabwe is a nation of hard-working people, and we are excited to collaborate with Golden Knot Holdings to maximize investment potential in Dubai,” he said.

“Our synergy with Golden Knot Holdings is encouraged by the favorable local business environment.

“As one of the largest property companies in Dubai, we are here to facilitate property purchases, company registrations, and business expansions, helping you see beyond your current horizons.

“Endless opportunities await you in Dubai, Khan assured the audience.”

Arnold Patrick Prasad and Arun Purohit, Habeeb took delegates on a virtual tour of available real estate opportunities in Dubai, highlighting the city's dynamic nature.

“Dubai is the second most visited city and one of the safest in the world, with a rich cultural representation. Approximately 70% of Fortune 500 companies choose Dubai as an investment destination, benefiting their economies back home,” he said.

Purohit echoed these sentiments, describing Dubai's real estate market as young and abundant with opportunities.

“Compared to established markets like Hong Kong, Dubai is a fresh landscape for investment,” he said.

“We urge you to leverage the goodwill of our partners at Golden Knot Holdings to explore these possibilities.”

Golden Knot Holdings group COO Providence Mugayi reflected on the company's legacy, stating,

“We are a brand that has come of age, with over 20 years of operations across various sectors,” he said.

“Our footprint speaks volumes, and we are committed to innovating and serving our people better.

“This partnership with Damak Properties and AX Premium Properties represents a new high that will bring significant value to local entrepreneurs.”
