Miss world Zimbabwe Nokutenda Shekinah Marumbwa says her journey through the modelling world has been a whirlwind of triumphs and growth with each step she takes being more exhilarating than the previous one.
"Each experience has shaped and moulded me into the co Marumbwa nfident and resilient woman l am today. l cannot wait to see where this extraordinary journey takes me next," Marumbwa said .
Yesterday Miss World Finals took place in Mumbai with Marumbwa being among the 33 contestants competing for the title.
Marumbwa said advocating for food security and nutrition became her passion and she knew that as Miss World Zimbabwe, she could use that platform to amplify the voices of those facing hunger.
"This is not just about me anymore. It's leveraging my influence to create meaningful change in our world," she said.
Marumbwa was among the five winners at the Miss World 71st Head to Head challenge.
She said what sets her apart from other models is her haircut .
"It's a symbol of breaking boundaries and defying expectations. I refuse to be confined by conventional norms. When it comes to my voice, it's not just heard, it's bold, unapologetic and fearless", Marumbwa said.
