Social media personality Mai TT has jumped to the defence of her daughter Fifie after private photos were leaked online.
In a passionate statement, Mai TT slammed the ex-boyfriend, who released the pictures and vowed to protect her children.
“The way you are shocked is the same way I'm shocked,” Mai TT wrote, expressing her disbelief at the situation.
She went on to describe her daughter as “the most quiet, intelligent, individual”; a testament to her good character.
Mai TT revealed that her daughter had been in a relationship where she trusted her boyfriend. However, after their break-up, he threatened to leak the photos, extorting money from her.
“I found out that she was under threat the whole of last year, but she never told me about it,” Mai TT said.
Despite expressing disappointment that her daughter trusted the ex-boyfriend, Mai TT emphasised that her daughter was the victim and made a mistake in trusting him.
“This is a very difficult moment for me as a mother. But what I promise; is you can mess all you want with me, but with my kids it won't end well,” Mai TT said.
