BULAWAYO is buzzing with anticipation as South African hip-hop royalty Kwesta and Zimbabwean dancehall legend Winky D prepare to collide in an epic concert experience.

This powerhouse pairing is guaranteed to set Bulawayo ablaze, leaving music fans breathless.

Dubbed Bulawayo shutdown, the show is set for Queens Sports Club on April 27, on the closing day of the annual Zimbabwe International Trade Fair.

Winky D, the undisputed king of Zimdancehall, needs no introduction. His electrifying stage presence will undoubtedly ignite a dance frenzy.

 Kwesta will be making his debut performance in Zimbabwe, and in a promotional video, he expressed his excitement about visiting Zimbabwe.

 Several local and international acts will provide support, including DJ Nospa, DJ Mzoe, DJ Eugy, Godfather Templeman, Selector Tanaman and Chillspot family.

Killer T, Ma9Nine, Mzoe 7 and Enzo Ishall will also feature at the show.

Organisers said the gig will create unforgettable moments.

“Expect a star-studded line-up with chart-topping artists. "We want to create an unforgettable night for everyone attending this nightlife extravaganza,” said Jordan Dube, manager of Harris Continental and event organiser.
