Nutty O ‘fires’ Manager

For years Nheera has been Nutty O’s trusted right-hand woman, a constant presence since his breakthrough success with the album Mustard Seed.

Dancehall artist Nutty O has announced his separation from his manager, Diana Nheera.

For years Nheera has been Nutty O’s trusted right-hand woman, a constant presence since his breakthrough success with the album Mustard Seed.

Despite this long-standing partnership, Nutty O has issued a statement indicating that Nheera will no longer be handling his business.

“We wish to inform the entire music fraternity and stakeholders that Diana Elisha Nheera is no longer part of Nutty O’s management team with immediate effect,” reads the statement.

“We take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to Diana for her invaluable contributions to the Nutty O brand during her tenure.

“Her dedication, expertise and passion will forever be cherished. We appreciate the commitment she demonstrated and wish her success in her future endeavors.”

In the interim, Don Ray will solely be responsible for all Nutty O’s bookings, enquiries and business matters.

Nutty O had reportedly appointed Nheera as his new manager, succeeding Byron Kabaira. Nheera's involvement followed a reported romantic relationship with Kabaira, Nutty O’s previous manager, whom he worked with on the come-up of the Mustard Seed.

Insiders suggested Nutty O felt it was time for a new managerial direction to elevate his brand further.
