WestProp in winter promo

WESTPROP Holdings is offering discounts of between US$10 500 and US$24 900 as it entices prospective prospective home owners to buy residential stands at Pomona City.

WESTPROP Holdings is offering discounts of between US$10 500 and US$24 900 as it entices prospective prospective home owners to buy residential stands at Pomona City.

The discounts which are on 800 and 1 000 square metre stands will run for a limited period, according to acting chief sales and marketing officer Shantel Magodo.

Once tarring of the estate’s roads is complete, the company will revert to the original prices and conditions of sale, she said.

About a fifth of the stands are up for grabs out of the 600 that are on offer under Pomona City Phase 1B and C.

The road construction opens the phase to new housing units ensuring that “our customers can now start building their dream homes”.

WestProp chief executive officer Ken Sharpe introduced the discount ”to promote home ownership and acknowledge the massive support from customers.”

“We are putting asphalt roads. It is a first for WestProp and we are reliably informed we are the second development to put asphalt on residential roads,” Sharpe said.

The company said key infrastructure such as the Pomona US$630 000 multi-purpose gatehouse, water storm drains and water reticulation were already in place.

Dubbed a city within a city because of its attributes that bring all urban aspects of live, work, shop and play into one community, Pomona City is set to be a major prototype development that would be copied and replicated by other developers, WestProp said.

Renowned architects were engaged to work on the master plan and building structures making the development a fusion of cultures and very cosmopolitan.
