All is set for an extraordinary weekend as the Titanium Motorcycle Club prepares to host the highly anticipated Great Zimbabwe Rally 9, set to unfold from March 28th to 30th, 2025
This year’s rally which has been dubbed 'A Vintage Celebration of Bikes, Brotherhood, and Culture' promises to attract riders from across Africa and beyond.
What began as a local gathering has blossomed into a premier motorcycling event, drawing enthusiasts from Mozambique, South Africa, Botswana, Uganda and even the United Kingdom.
Organisers are anticipating a record turnout, building on last year's impressive numbers of over 200 bikes and 300 participants.
"The Great Zimbabwe Rally has evolved into one of the premier motorcycling events in the region, drawing riders from across Africa and beyond. This year, we expect participants from Mozambique, South Africa, Botswana, Uganda, and even bikers from the UK, who are making the journey to be part of this incredible experience. Last year’s event saw over 200 bikes and more than 300 participants, and in 2025, we are aiming even higher," Tatenda Mutambara, media officer for Titanium MC said.
"The Great Zimbabwe Rally isn’t just about the thrill of the ride—it’s about making a difference. As part of our commitment to the community, we will be donating to a children’s home in Masvingo, ensuring that the spirit of love and unity extends beyond the biking world. At Titanium MC, we believe in Quality, Liberty, and Love, values that define both our club and this event.
"At its heart, this rally is a showcase of Zimbabwe’s rich heritage and breathtaking landscapes. Through motorcycling, we celebrate the country's beauty, promote tourism, and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood within the biking community.
"Whether you ride or simply love the energy of the biking culture, this is an event for you! Get ready for an unforgettable weekend filled with thrilling rides, classic music, vintage fashion, and great company," Mutambara explained.
