The criminals around the president

The man, who in the not so distant past was a guest at Chikurubi Maximum Security Prison, allegedly showcased what he claimed to be the world’s first self-powering vehicles and motorbikes that run on radio views.

My Dear People

The adage that lies have short legs came to life last week when Ngwena hosted a snake oil salesman who was masquerading as an inventor at an event at State House.

We were told by Nick and other propagandists that, Ngwena replete with his scarf, had broken his annual leave to host Maxwell Sungulani Chikumbutso.

The man, who in the not so distant past was a guest at Chikurubi Maximum Security Prison, allegedly showcased what he claimed to be the world’s first self-powering vehicles and motorbikes that run on radio views.

Ngwena’s publicists went overboard on social media where they gloated about the alleged inventions.

It didn’t take curious Zimbabweans long to scour the internet researching about the so-called inventions which they discovered were done by some Chinese company ages ago.

They also unearthed information about Chikumbutso’s shady past as it emerged that he was once arrested for his suspected involvement in an armed robbery.

With tails between their legs, Nick and company quietly deleted their posts and never bothered to apologise to Zimbabweans for the misinformation.

Ngwena’s actions once again buttressed Baba’s point made on the eve of that cowardly coup when he fired him for lacking probity.

When Gushungo was still in power characters such as Chikumbutso were not allowed anywhere near the president because the security people would do their best to vet potential guests to State House.

This is why you never saw him near that fraudster called Rotina Mavhunga, who once made some ministers believe that diesel could ooze from some rocks.

What Chikumbutso did was not different from what Mavhunga did. It says a lot about the calibre of the people at the helm of this country. Kikikiki

The Generari threw the cat among the pigeons at Heroes Acre last Monday where he railed against zvigananda (parasites) and the so-called mbingas that flout their ill-gotten wealth.

He did not mention anyone’s name, but mourners at the burial of Justin Mupamhanga, erupted in unison singing Wicknell Chivayo’s name.

His speech had a striking similarity to the one issued by outspoken war veteran Blessed Runesu  Geza a few days earlier when he directly attacked Ngwena for allegedly surrounding himself with criminals.

Geza and his fellow war veterans demanded that Ngwena must abandon the 2030 nonsense and instead step down immediately.

The statement by the war veterans and Generari saw Lacoste people coming out guns blazing as they attacked Geza for allegedly disrespecting their godfather.

What is clear from the political developments of the past week is that battle lines have been drawn in Zanu PF and security circles over Ngwena’s succession.

We have a classic case of history repeating itself. Just watch the  space!

Shortly after being exposed for not having O’Levels in the battle for the Zifa presidency, Walter Magaya crossed paths with the University of South Africa (Unisa) for claiming that he is a graduate of the institution.

Magaya has been claiming that honorary degree from Unisa.

Unisa made it clear that the Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries was never registered at the university and does not possess any qualifications from the institution.

The self-proclaimed prophet is one of the people who get the red carpet rolled for them whenever they visit State House.

I know some of you are enthusiastically following his sermons today and might get offended by this truth kikikiki

Mthuli Ncube has finally been forced to admit that formal businesses are in trouble because of the government’s policies.

He blamed the crisis on “competition from the informal sector, poor management and poor corporate governance which have resulted in business failure in some instances.”

On Friday he said he was introducing new measures to protect the formal sector such as cutting fees and processes to reduce costs for formal businesses, enforcing tax compliance in the informal sector and discouraging manufacturers from supplying direct to tuck shops.

The measures are in addition to the anti-smuggling campaign by Zimra that started in December last year and has seen many businesses being raided.

The truth of the matter is that Mthuli is the horses have bolted for the Lacoste government. There is nothing they can do now to stop the tide.

It is clear from the statements by the war veterans and the Generari that the centre can no longer hold.

The Lacoste gang has been digging their own grave since the coup against Gushungo and it was only a matter of time before the charade was exposed.

Instead of working to turn the economy around they have invested their time in looting this country dry and self-preservation.

It has also become clear that the 2030 nonsense is being pushed by people that are only interested in preserving their ill-gotten wealth.

Zimbabweans must never allow them to personalise this country.

The campaign to mutilate the constitution must be resisted and it is encouraging that opposition from within is growing exponentially.
